  • The focal point of The Work Itself method is a facilitated work session that helps work teams align their individual and team activities with key organizational strategies.

  • Most importantly, The Work Itself was designed to drive business strategies to get measurable results. Leaders agree to key strategies and translate these strategies into language that applies to all people in the organization. The result is that everyone in the organization drives real return on investment if they are connected to the strategies focused on results.

About The Work Itself

The Work Itself method is a facilitated work session that helps work teams align their individual and team activities with the company’s mission, vision, values, and strategy. This method encourages the individual employee in a work team to develop and fulfill the work teams and the organization’s strategic plan. The Work Itself encourages every employee to execute organizational strategy by eliminating fake work and focusing on real work.

Value of Participating

The DLP has been designed to bring the powerful assessment and feedback elements delve issues and perceptions surrounding leadership and work experiences. The perspective of the program will enable participants to work across organizational boundaries, increased focus of participant’s work group on goals and strategy. Also improve self-awareness and self-confidence that each participant will be able to understand their challenges and discuss possible solutions needed for change.

Admission Guidelines

Each participant will have to:

  • Complete a detailed application form
  • Sponsored or appointed by his/her organization.
  • Assign 3-4 raters to complete Benchmarks 360 instrument online 8 weeks before starting the program.

Venue: 5 Stars Hotel, Cairo

Average class capacity: 20 – 25 participants.

Classes are selected to ensure a diversity of companies and sectors.
